Upload Datasets

Datasets can be used in Spellbook for evaluation or inserted as examples into your variants.

Spellbook accepts CSVs or JSONL files as datasets.

When uploading a CSV, you should set the header row as the desired column name for you columns.

You will be able to see all datasets you have uploaded in the "Datasets" tab on the top left hand side of the screen.

Click into "Datasets" to see all datasets you've uploaded.

In this tab, you will be able to rename and archive your datasets if they are not being used in any apps. If your dataset is being used for k-shot examples in any apps, you will not be able to archive your dataset until that app is deleted.

You must delete any app references of a dataset before you can archive it.
